Hoodies/Jeans/Sneakers: December 14, 2015

December 14, 2015 | by Josh

It’s the stereotypical hacker outfit. Do it wrong, and you look like you’re still living with mom. Do it right, and you look like a million bucks (in unvested stock options). Here are three items — a hoodie, some jeans, and a pair of sneakers — that are on sale for a great price and worth a look this week.

The Hoodie: J.Crew Factory Lightweight Fleece Full-Zip Hoodie, $29.33 (was $69.50)

With code JOLLY for an extra 15% off the already 50% off marked down price.

Soft, lightweight, well made. Everything that you’d expect from J.Crew Factory. The fit is also a little slim, so it’s perfect for me but might not be the best choice for everyone. In the original link you can select between those four colors available, including the black option pictured below.

Also, check out the rest of the J.Crew Factory Sale. Prices are as marked, but remember to use the coupon code above for an additional 15% off.

The Jeans: Banana Republic Indigo Slim Traveler Japanese Denim Jean, $53.99 (was $118)

With code BRSALE for the additional 40% off of the sale price

Stretchy Japanese denim at a surprisingly low price. They are also the blue-est pants on the market right now (according to a study done in my head).

The Sneakers: New Balance 501 Suede Ripstop Pack Classic, $26.50 (was $65)

Like with a lot of things on Amazon, there is some variance on pricing between sizes. As of this writing, though, most of the whole and half sizes are under $30 for this shoe. I picked up a pair with the hope that this Burgandy shoe isn’t quite as purple as it looks in the product image.
