Tech Tuesday: Apple Cuts Prices Edition

March 22, 2016 | by Paul

It doesn’t happen often. (Ever?) Apple very rarely cuts prices on things.

But starting today you can get the iPad Air 2 for $399 and up and the Apple Watch for $299 and up.

Yeah, not huge savings, but pretty solid discounts — $100 on the iPad and $50 on the Watch. If you’ve been on the fence with these, now could be your chance.

But Apple seems to be trending their iPads towards a target that, on the surface of things, looks a lot like a Microsoft Surface. The styluses (stylusi?), the keyboards … that’s some Redmond shit. Not Cupertino.

The iPad Air 2 is pure Cupertino. And it may not be around for much longer, so get one while the getting is still good.

And when the add the stylus and flappy keyboard to the iWatch 2? Forget it. Just get yours from Best Buy and save another $50.
